Returns, Refund & Warranty

  1. Return Policy: At bikling.com, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:Time Frame: You can return products within 30 days of receipt.
    Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.    Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bikling.com. We will guide you through the return process.Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item. Original shipping costs are not refunded.Exclusions: Personalized items or products showing signs of misuse or improper installation by the customer are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy:Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund:Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.Shipping Costs: No shipping costs are refunded. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Warranty PolicyOur products are backed by a two-year warranty, as per European law:Warranty Period: Products are covered under warranty for two years from the date of purchase.Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@bikling.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.Exclusions: Products with signs of misuse, such as improper installation by the customer, are not covered under warranty.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: Reporting Deadline: Please report the issue to contact@bikling.com within 48 hours of receipt. Reports received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund. Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for eligible. reports, and provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect item
  5. Limitation of Liability for Accidents: As stated in our Terms, bikling.com is not responsible for any damages incurred to personal property, including but not limited to, an Apple Watch, in the event of an accident or incident involving the use of our products.
